Starting from November 1, 2023, the front desk will be opened with a renewed look on the 1st floor of Grand Walkerhill Seoul to offer better service in more refreshing and pleasant space.
■ Location of front desk: 1F, Grand Wakerhill Seoul ■ Service for: All guests staying in the Vista Walkerhill Seoul and Grand Walkerhill Seoul (including Club rooms) (Douglas House remains as a mobile check-in exclusive hotel, maintaining the same procedures as before.)
※ Grand Walkerhill Seoul Club Lounge will be newly operated as ‘Club Lounge & Bar.’ - Location: 16F, Grand Walkerhill Seoul - Services: Breakfast, tea-time, and Happy Hour (On weekdays, breakfast service will be provided at The Buffet on the 1st floor of Vista Walkerhill Seoul). - Location for check-in/check-out: Front desk, 1F, Grand Wakerhill Seoul
